Can I give in a currency other than HUF?
Yes — you can give online in any currency. Our online giving platform handles the conversion automatically, so if you're giving from abroad or in EUR, USD, or any other currency, simply choose your amount and your bank or card provider will handle the exchange.
What is a tithe?
A tithe literally means 'a tenth.' It's the biblical practice of giving the first 10% of your income back to God through the local church. In Malachi 3:10, God invites us to 'bring the whole tithe into the storehouse' and promises to open the windows of heaven in return. It's less about obligation and more about trust — putting God first in your finances as an act of faith and worship.
How is the money used?
Every gift goes where it's needed most. That includes our building project and new venue, staff and pastoral team, Sunday services and kids' ministry, eGroups and discipleship, missions and church planting, outreach in Budapest, and day-to-day operations. Can I give anonymously?
Yes. If you'd prefer to give anonymously, the simplest way is to give cash on a Sunday — drop it in the offering or hand it to a team member at the Help Desk. No name, no record.
